New planning rules for villages |
|
New planning rules to limit the number of new houses permitted in small
towns and villages in Ireland will be introduced later this year.
Announced by Minister for the Environment John Gormaly, the aim is to
stop rapid overdevelopment by limiting to c12, the number of houses
allowed to be built in villages with a population of less than 400.
