Fiona McLoughlin founder and MD of Privateseller.ie has always had a passion for property.  Her decision to set up what has become Ireland’s most successful private selling service stemmed directly from her experience as an investor in the property market.  

"I knew that I was more motivated to buy and sell my own property and to sell it more expertly than any agent.” says Fiona.   Although already a successful marketing manager and having been responsible for the rebranding of a leading national voluntary organisation, Fiona  left to concentrate on her property interests.

While training with the creator of the Staging™  concept in the USA Fiona first encountered the hugely popular for sale by owner concept.  (Fiona is the only Irish person to have trained with the creator of the Staging™ concept in the US and now holds the trademark for Staging™ in Ireland.)In 2005 Fiona decided to incorporate all of her property, branding and Staging™ expertise to develop a dedicated, national, private sales website and service -Privateseller.ie

Fiona’s credibility as a property commentator has resulted in a host of media features  and now includes a regular property slot on TV3’s Ireland AM. She is also a regular contributor to the Mooney Show on Radio 1.

Fuelled by her passion to challenge the status quo in the Irish property market Fiona has garnered very positive coverage for Privateseller.ie on an extensive range of national media.
