Before you go looking at properties it’s a good idea to decide how much you can afford to spend. You will have to take many factors into account here such as:-

Mortgage repayments



Furniture and Fit out.


Insurances



House and Contents insurance.


Management Company Payments


Solicitor fees


Valuation



Stamp Duty


Indemnity bond


Structural Survey
