Extending dining table with 8 chairs. There are a selection of books and games. Modern, well equipped kitchen (oven, hob (gas and electric), microwave, fridge freezer, plenty of storage, cutlery, plates pots, pans and electrical equipment) with access to the balcony and garden. The balcony has a BBQ and outdoor dining table/chairs. Lovely view of the river and garden.

Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, large Kingsize, and smaller twin room. Ample storage space. Hall, hall cupboard and access to the garage. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Laundry / boiler room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

This is a lovely area of France with lots to see and do. Aveyron has 10 of the most beautiful villages in France, all within striking distance of the house. There are theme and adventure parks, national parks, ski resorts, river valleys and inland lakes with beaches.
